Restaurants Serving Fukuoka Cuisine to Open in South Korea


Maeil Kyongje, one of South Korea’s three primary milk companies, has signed an agreement with Yamaya of Fukuoka City to operate its chain restaurants in that country. Yamaya’s mainstay dish is motsunabe. The milk company also signed an agreement with Atom of Fukuoka City to operate its chain restaurants, whose specialty is pork cutlets. They plan to offer the residents of Seoul the taste of Fukuoka starting December 1.
