Shimatetsu Cafe Train Resumes Service

Shimatetsu Cafe Train resumes service this winter with runs on Jan. 26, Feb. 23 and Mar. 30! With the concept of providing enjoyable transportation, the tour departs Isahaya Station 11:10 each day and heads to Shimabara Station via a 2-hour route while passengers enjoy special activities. En route, meals with locally-sourced ingredients as well as the area’s favorite sweets will be served. Step out of the car to make a good luck wish when the train stops at “closest to the sea” Omisaki Station. Your train ride will be even more enjoyable thanks to a train attendant. The tour fee (adult: ¥5,000) includes return ticket to Isahaya Station by regular train. Limited 70 seats are available for each day, so book soon! Source: Shimatetsu, 12/11/2018
