A well-known restaurant in Taiwan called Daisangen set up a new branch in Fukuoka City, serving delicious dimsum style dishes. The opening of the eatery in Solaria Plaza highlights the increasing levels of interaction that are taking place between Fukuoka and Taipei since the two cities signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in February to encourage business start-ups. Daisangen has been serving healthy traditional yum cha prepared by experienced chefs in Taipei since 1970, but this new venture marks a move into the international market. Make sure to stop by and sample healthy Taiwanese yum cha next time you are in Tenjin! Source: Fukuoka Startup Cafe, 11/10/2017
