Not only are salads the main dishes at Mr. and Mrs. Green, all of the ingredients, from the fresh fruits and vegetables to the meat and fish, are washed thoroughly in 50℃ hot water to ensure both cleanliness and freshness. It is this attention to detail in the preparation phase that makes simple salads taste so good. The dressings, delicious in their own right, are another reason people keep coming back. Offerings include an original veggie sauce, olive oil powder and lemon, and lemon salt; you’ll want to try them all!
