糸島産の酒米（山田錦）と雷山の伏流水でつくる酒と、1996年には福岡初の地ビールを手がけ、「杉能舎（すぎのや）」を誕生させた1870年創業の造り酒屋、浜地酒造。毎年2月は、恒例の蔵開きが開催される。火入れをしない新酒の搾りたて生酒や、糸島産麦の一番搾りのみで醸造するピルスナーなど、酒蔵開き限定の新酒が販売される。酒粕で作ったベーグルや饅頭など、造り酒屋ならではの商品も人気だ。
