誰もが知る手軽な食べ物・食パンを、素材や製法にこだわりブームを起こした「高級食パン」。今や専門店で販売するジャンルとして認知される高級食パン店が、太宰府の君畑交差点近くに8月20日オープンした。厳選した素材を使い店内で焼き上げる食パンは2種類。国産バターと生クリーム、マスカルポーネチーズを入れ砂糖と蜂蜜で甘味を加えたリッチな「頂（ITADAKI）¥800」と、シャンパンに漬け込んだレーズン入りの「蜜（Mitsu）¥980」。
