As a news reporter on a local television network, Takahashi filed over 3,000 news reports. Regrettably, the majority were about crime, accidents, and other less-than-positive events. So, two years ago he started up Spinout, a video production company specializing in “positive” documentaries. He’s also launched his own internet television station, COW-TV.
