資生堂は久留米市に新設する化粧品工場の従業員規模について、1000人近くを想定している。大半を地元などから新規採用する方針。高専や大学の新卒者ほか、契約社員などを新規採用。2021年の稼働後、2年ほどかけて段階的に増員する。現在は国内の他工場で生産するエリクシールを新工場に移管し、中国を中心とする海外需要の急増に対応する。年間生産能力は1億4000万個を予定。投資額は400億～500億を見込む。Source: fiba.jp
