First Learning – Chihaya established in 2012 is English school for children from preschooler to elementary schoolchild.

First Learning-Chihaya became a good English school but it has potentialities to grow more.
So, we are looking for a native English teacher who become our partner with passion and positive attitude to make the school better with us.

Job summary of Native English teacher
– Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated with the school’s instructional program
– Team play with an assistant teacher
– Observe and play with children
– A little preparation needed by the fixed yearly schedule and lesson plan.
– Explain a lesson to customers briefly
– share an idea of curriculum

Qualifications of English teacher
– give children interesting and fun experiences
– be punctual
– be a team player
– Previous experience teaching English is preferred by not necessary
– must currently reside in Japan
– serious mind of teaching job

Salary for a native English teacher
– Full time
– 200,000yen ~ 250,000yen
– performance-based benefits

– Part time
– Salary starts at 2,000 yen per a class hour during 3 months training /probation period.
Once the probation period is over, the salary will be decided.
All travel expenses will be covered.
– Possibility to get converted to full-time

Working days and time:
・Tue-Sat
– 10:00 ~ 14:00 : Preschool Program
– 15:30 ~ 17:30 : For Kindergarten Children
– 16:45 ~ 18:45 : For Elementary school students
