Want to try theater? Speak Japanese? (At any level is fine.)

We are an amateur theater group looking for both foreigners and more Japanese volunteers interested in participating in an onstage reading of an original work on August 5. The venue will be in Fukuoka, near Tojinmachi Subway Station. Ages 10 to 80 or beyond! Any and all nationalities are very welcome. The production will be entirely in Japanese, but non-Japanese accents are fine. Now rehearsing on Monday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Ten people are currently involved, but up to 30 would be ideal!

The theme of the work is war and peace, and the anniversary of Hiroshima in August. Please contact, in English or Japanese, if you would like to meet us and get more details. Please remember all lines will be delivered in Japanese, but your lines can be tailored to your level. We look forward to hearing from you!

広島第二県女二年西組という作品です。
１０歳から８０歳までのメンバーで創作をしておりますが日本語が話せる方であれば
外国の方にも参加していただければと考えています。
練習は毎週月曜と木曜の夜、土曜の午前中に行っています。
チケットノルマなどはありません。
練習が全日参加難しいという方もご連絡いただければ幸いです。
