Nine years ago Argentine Santiago Herrera along with other key NPO Tiempo Iberoamericano members started a cultural center that is today enjoyed by over 700 Japanese weekly. They come to study dance, language and art or relax in the restaurant/cafe. Tiempo is an important local “international” success story for Fukuoka, and here’s the man who started it.
