Google LLC plans to open a new office in Fukuoka City. The American technology company reportedly is considering opening an office inside the recently completed Tenjin Business Center, the first building of the ‘Tenjin Big Bang’ redevelopment project. The new office will be a base for Google’s engineers and support their Tokyo offices’ functions in a major natural disaster. Google entered Japan in 2001 and operates offices in Shibuya and Roppongi in Tokyo. Source: Mainichi
