Neil McDaniel is from Margaree Forks, Nova Scotia (Eastern Canada).  He has been a vibrant musician for about twenty years and has performed his folk-based style of music throughout Canada, USA, and Europe.  Now living in Oita, he has expanded on his musical horizon and has very much enjoyed life in Japan.  Nominated for a Canadian folk music award, McDaniel is proud of his roots and is continuously composing and working towards a new album.
