Fukuoka Canada Day Party 2026

Canada Day, celebrated each year on July 1, marks the anniversary of Canada’s founding. Since 2007, Fukuoka’s Canada Day Party has brought together Canadians, Japan-based internationals, and local friends of Canada for a lively summer celebration of food, music, and community.

NOTE: Hurry – tickets sales end at midnight, June 23

Following last year’s sold-out return event, the party is back again in 2026 at the spacious Maizuru Park BBQ Garden beside Fukuoka Castle and Ohori Park.

The outdoor venue features covered seating for nearly 300 guests, large tents for shade and shelter, and a giant teepee hosting special Canadian beef BBQ demonstrations and tasting events throughout the day, with more activities planned throughout the venue.

Enjoy Canadian music, live entertainment, and grill-it-yourself BBQ featuring Canadian beef and pork, fresh vegetables, and Canadian seafood sides including lobster, salmon, and mussels. New for 2026, guests can also choose optional all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drink plans.
