Bar Vita, an Italian-style bar on Kokutai-doro Ave. not far from Nishi-dori Ave., is a perfect stop any time of day or night. It’s open for lunch and dinner, and you can also order sweets baked on-site, stiff drinks and espresso. Relax in the chic atmosphere and enjoy genuine Neapolitan pizza. Pizza chef Shunji Furusawa trained in Naples, and he bakes his authentic pies in a wood-fired oven. Wash one down with beer or sparkling red wine. The wine selection is reasonably priced and extensive. And last but not least, the terrace is great for people watching!
