Sulbing is a famous dessert shop from Pusan, South Korea, which will soon be opening up in Fukuoka. It serves Korean desserts and has more than 500 shops in S. Korea. The most popular dessert is their kakigori (shaved ice). The new shop will open up on Feb. 3 in Tenjin Vioro, only their second shop in Japan, following the opening of their shop in Harajuku, Tokyo. The new shop will have seasonal menus that reflect the flavours of each season.
