From Jun. 1, 2016 to the end of April 2017, Nishitetsu Ensen Ekimiyage is open in Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. This shop has three different sections: one with products from stores in locations along the Nishitetsu line (such as Amaou Premium Sparkling Wine), a section with popular sweets, and another selling products from areas affected by this year’s earthquakes in Kumamoto and Oita, in an effort to support local businesses there (products include jam and pasta from Minamiaso Village, Kumamoto). This shop is an “antenna shop”: it is used to test sales of new products, meaning that there will often be new something new to try. Hours: 9:00~20:00 (Closed: Never).
