The Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Gallery is hosting an exhibition of Japanese handicrafts this February. The event, which has taken place every year since 1954, aims to promote traditional techniques and develop new items for modern day life. This year marks the 66th time that the exhibition has been staged. A total of 355 items will be featured in the displays, including 16 award-winning pieces created by living national treasures. Keep an eye-out for the stunning ceramics, dyed fabrics, woven materials, and dolls!
