JR Kyushu will develop a four-story logistics facility in Kitakyushu’s Kokuraminami Ward, set to open in January 2027. Built with Yoshida Kaiun Logistics, the 32,000 m2 facility is intended for food-related tenants and will be located near a key highway interchange.
