Launched to support and connect filmmakers from Japan and abroad through screenings of independent works, this festival fosters exchange and development across the film community. The 2025 theme is “GOOD DAYS: Bursting Dreams, Seventeen.” In addition to 19 competition-selected films, invited works from countries including Korea and India will be screened. Some Japanese films include English subtitles. Post-screening talks and networking opportunities provide a platform for professionals, amateurs, and students to engage with each other.
