805 Residents’ Data Lost in Kitakyushu

The Kitakyushu City Social Welfare Council reported the loss of a USB stick containing personal data from 805 people in a support program. Missing since September 24 at Moji Ward Office, the device stored names, addresses, household details, and consultation records. No misuse has been confirmed as of October 1.
