50th Nakagawa Citizen’s Festival
One of Nakagawa’s largest summer festivals, the event features stage performances ranging from dance to live music, along with food trucks and local specialties. Fireworks are launched from two sites, the rice fields south of Mirika Loden and Nakagawa Minami Junior High School, filling the summer night sky. A free shuttle bus runs between JR Hakata-Minami Station and the venue on the day of the festival.
