A new art fair in Fukuoka brings together work by 24 contemporary artists working primarily in Taiwan, each interpreting the shared theme “HORIZON.” Their works explore unknown worlds, personal journeys, memories embedded in cities and cultures, and visions of the future, offering a varied introduction to Taiwan’s contemporary art scene.
Five participating artists will visit Fukuoka during the fair, with opportunities for visitors to meet and speak with them directly.
The main venue is ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. in Tenjin, with a satellite exhibition at SIGNAL GALLERY in Imaizumi, which opened in 2026 as a space connecting Fukuoka with cultures across Asia. Exploring the two distinct venues offers a chance to encounter Taiwanese art as part of a day in the city.
