Mitsui Outlet Park Fukuoka Marinoa will open in April 2027 with approximately 220 stores, the most of any outlet mall in Kyushu. Mitsui Fudosan and Fukuoka Jisho are developing the Nishi Ward site formerly occupied by Marinoa City Fukuoka, which closed in 2024. A two-story outlet building will house clothing and other merchandise retailers. A four-story harbor building will include restaurants and a supermarket.
