Persimmon Picking Event in Asakura
Nov. 24 (Sun.), pick your own kaki and enjoy country life the at “Asakura Marutto Taiken” event held in Hakishiwa, Asakura City. Learn how to pick kaki (persimmon), and gather round a campfire in by the beautiful autumn surroundings of the mountain. Lunch is the traditional “Kuzukake” – a dish prepared by local ladies! The event fee includes entry to Harazuru Onsen, so you can have a soak to round out your relaxing country afternoon.
