Celebrate the first anniversary of the Fukuoka Open Top Bus this Sunday, March 24th. For one hour, the Open Top Bus will be stationed outside City Hall – open to the public to board and take photos from the bus. Special uniforms are available for children to try on, and you can pick up an original Fukuoka Open Top Bus sticker for free! Coinciding with the anniversary, one of the bus routes will be changed on March 24 (Sun.) The current “Bayside – Hakata Town Course” will become “Hakata Downtown Course”, changed to include Hakata-bu, the historically-rich merchant town that contains Kushida Shrine, Tochoji Temple, and Fukuoka-bu.
