OWLS Co., Ltd. is now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic native English-speaking Instructor to work at Senior High Schools in Kikuchi near Kumamoto City.

Compensation: Competitive Wage
Working Days and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm
Contract Term: Immediate – March 2019 (Renewable)

Required Qualifications:
*Must have at least 1 year ALT experience in Japan in junior or senior high school.
*Native English speaker.
*Valid working visa
*Bachelor’s degree or higher.
*Two references from a previous or current employer.
*High level of proficiency in written and verbal use of English.
*Must have basic Microsoft office or equivalent skills.
*Basic Japanese language skills or higher.

Advantageous Qualifications:
*TESOL/TEFL certification
*Teaching license
*Valid driver’s license (International or Japanese)

Duties:
*To prepare instructional plans and lesson outlines for teacher approval
*To support instructional plans by preparing and developing teaching aids and materials
*To implement lessons as a main teacher in class
*To attend school events
