Happy 4th of July! Celebrate U.S. Independence Day this weekend at the American Naval Base in Sasebo which opens to the public on July 5th for a free event! Inside the base you’ll find live music stages, food and drink stalls, and you can a tour of the naval ship LHD-42. Don’t miss the fireworks at night! Just remember to bring some form of ID to be granted entry to the base (driver’s license, basic resident register card, passport, or student ID accepted)
