A range of top quality anko (azuki/red bean paste) flavored sweets from all over Japan will be available at this unique event. The food festival celebrates 150 years since the establishment of Ginza Kimuraya, the store that first developed anpan (anko wrapped in freshly baked bread). There will be demonstrations in which participants can try creating new kinds of confectionery from basic ingredients. Make sure the explore the selection of shops serving Japanese tea. The beverages on offer will be a great accompaniment for the anko treats!
