Come enjoy the many styles, flavors and aromas of beer at BeerFes! Originally known as “Great Japan Beer Festival”, BeerFes is an annual stand-up beer tasting event which was first held in 1998 in Tokyo. Since then, it has become the largest beer festival in Japan, spreading to places like Osaka, Yokohama, Nagoya, Okinawa and Kyushu. Beers at BeerFes will be expertly served in carefully measured amounts in specially designed glasses you get to take home with you; the first 300 visitors get glasses with the “Kyushu 2016” design inscribed, and all other visitors get the regular design! If you plan on going with friends, keep in mind that only one beer per person is allowed per transaction, so bring your friends to the serving counter! No outside food and drink allowed. Only those aged 20 years or older may attend.
