Launched in 2006 as a celebration of the written word, “Bookuoka” includes events spread over one whole month, including the huge secondhand book fair on Nov. 3. Bring your own secondhand books to sell (¥1,000 participating fee) or enjoy browsing through over 100 stalls that will be lined up in front of the stores along Keyaki-dori Avenue. Join the stamp rally to receive a special event souvenir (buying books not required). The book fair will be held together with Gallery Hopping, also on Keyaki-dori.
