Local meat specialties from Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima prefectures will be brought together at Tenjin to decide which one is the best! This event was first held for Miyazaki and Oita prefectures, but the food competition now includes the participation of four prefectures in Kyushu. Visitors with appetites are welcome! Find your favorite amongst fried meat cutlet (Kumamoto), karaage chicken (Oita), pork buns (Miyazaki) and beef bowl (Kagoshima) – the best-selling dish of the day will be crowned the champion! Promotional booths of each prefecture will be set up and sell local souvenirs.
