The French Institute of Kyushu (Institut Français du Japon-Kyushu) along with LOVE FM will host a cinematic spectacle which brings some of the best of recent (2018-2019) French cinema to Fukuoka for the first time. The seven feature-length (and one short film) spans genres of mystery, horror, documentary and more. The closing screening will be the thriller L’Heure de la sortie (School’s Out), followed by a talk with director Sébastian Marnier and producer Caroline Bonmarchand. Be sure to stick around for the closing party with food from French restaurant Bonjour Shokudo and a DJ from Love FM – bon appétit!
