Canada’s lobster harvest reaches its peak from May to July, coinciding with the time when lobsters are packed with maximum flavor. The highly anticipated Lobster Festa, now celebrating its 18th year, takes place annually in July. This event has seen a steady rise in the number of participating restaurants, including renowned French, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish establishments. These restaurants and bars create exclusive menus highlighting Canadian lobster for the occasion. In total, 201 restaurants are taking part in the event, with 157 located in Fukuoka City and other areas in Kyushu.
