An open-air market featuring organic and eco-friendly products that are kind to both people and the planet. This edition’s theme is rice and fermentation, with around 70 vendors from Kyushu, as well as from Shiga and Taiwan. Specialty booths will highlight fermented foods and ingredients such as koji, miso, soy sauce, and amazake, along with gluten-free options. Visitors can also find pesticide-free vegetables, organic cosmetics, and food trucks serving freshly prepared dishes. Morning yoga and workshops make it a relaxing day out for families and friends.
