The first shoyu contest to decide the best local soy sauce to serve with tofu will be held this weekend in Fukuoka. Nominees who have been selected from approximately 100 local brewers will proudly present their soy products including shoyu (soy sauce,) dashi-shoyu (soup stock blended sauce,) ponzu (vinegar blended sauce) and miso (fermented bean seasoning). Taste the flavorful soy products and vote on your favorite! Products are also for sale throughout the event.
