Fukuoka Tower is hosting a special White Day event to raise awareness of and help prevent sex crimes in Fukuoka (where the crime rate is relatively high). The first 300 couples who purchase a ticket to go up to the observatory on Mar. 14 will receive a personal alarm and a special Fukuoka Tower edition Tirol chocolate.
