Nokonoshima Island Park celebrates Hina Festival with a free kimono rental for children. Elementary school students and under can enjoy a walk or photo shooting in the park, wearing traditional dresses of kimono and hakama on Sat., Sun. and hol. between February 22 to March 15. Booking is required in advance – both boys and girls are welcome!
