The annual Kumamoto Castle Autumn Festival features an exciting range of contests and performances. Visitors will be treated to taiko drum performances, martial arts demonstrations, noh theater, kendo bouts, and yabusame (traditional horseback archery). Food stalls will also be set up at the venue, so make sure to sample local foods that are currently in season.
