Kyushu Debate Open, a British Parliamentary-style international debate is back with the theme “SDGs” (Sustainable Development Goals), which was proposed by the United Nations to alleviate poverty and hunger. This year, there are approximately 160 participants including overseas participants from nine different countries. The executive committee is now raising funds to support the operating expenses and debate resources for high schools and universities. Both the participants as well as the audience can learn something from the tournament and improve their debating and communication skills.
