Nokonoshima Halloween
One for the kids to enjoy! Children under twelve can enter Nokonoshima Island Park for free if they show up wearing Halloween costumes on 10/26 (Sat.) or 10/27 (Sun.) Kids can also take part in the fun Halloween parades (30 min., twice per day 11:00 ~, 14:00 ~) for free. After the parade every child will receive a small snack. If you’re stuck for a costume, don’t stress – there is also a costume rental service at Omoide-dori (limited number).
