Weather permitted, Fukuoka City Zoological & Botanical Garden are holding ‘yuki matsuri’ (snow festival) for the first time in two years. The lawn at Botanical Garden will be showered with snow using about 51 tons of ice. There will be a 10m-long ice slide and workshop for making snowmen. Play with rabbits and guinea pigs in the snow, and get warm with hot chocolate and beef stew.
