It’s Kitakyushu’s largest festival with fireworks, dance performances, food, drink and game stalls, parade with a marching band and more! On Aug. 2 (Fri.) the festival opens to 10,000 stunning fireworks synced to music. There’ll be various stage performances on Aug. 3 (Sat.) and the Wasshoi Yosakoi Kitakyushu Festival on Aug. 4. For the finale, watch the hyakuman-nin odori (group dance of 100,000 people)!
