As its name implies, Green Bean to Bar Chocolate employs a bean-to-bar approach, carefully managing every step of the chocolate-making process. The shop has a cafe space from which you can watch the chocolatiers at work through a glass window. You can also test the 11 varieties of chocolate bars, which are made from fully traceable cacao and organic cane sugar, before you buy. All items are available for take-out, but feel free to relax in the cafe (open until 21:00) with your choice of chocolate and drink—try the aromatic cacao tea—or a wine-and-bonbons combo.
