Located along the road to Nishi Park, Jacques regularly features an exquisite lineup of 20 or so cakes and tarts and 50 types of baked goods, including madeleines. As a of member of Relais Desserts, an international society of pastry chefs, owner-pâtissier Yoshinari Otsuka works with renowned pâtissiers from around the globe. Otsuka’s carefully crafted creations make full use of the ingredients, be they pistachios or pears. Try the signature Jacques cake or a seasonal tart. All items can also be savored with tea or coffee (¥500~) in the adjacent cafe space.
