Shizuku’s mission is to redefine standard cocktails. Focusing on green tea, the bar offers an extensive menu of original cocktails made with spirits infused with green tea and other ingredients. To get the full effect, try a cocktail course, which comes with three to five tasting-size drinks. For example, delight your senses with 1) a martini made from vodka infused with award-winning Yame gyokuro green tea, sake and botrytized wine, 2) a gin infused with cypress aroma mixed with yuzu and 3) a brandy mixed the lees from drip-pressed sake and Amaou strawberries.
