Located in the heart of Tenjin, Nobunaga is a lively yakitori restaurant where you’ll find many locals. The main attraction here is the price: char-grilled yakitori skewers start at just ¥86! Once you sit down, the waitstaff will bring out a plate of cabbage topped with a tangy vinegar sauce, and you are welcome to request as many refills as you like. This is one of the hallmarks of Fukuoka-style yakitori. If choosing from the rows of skewers in the showcase seems daunting, then start with a platter. It consists of nine skewers including classic favorites and recommendations of the day. You can also enjoy watching the chefs grill up all the skewers on the large grill that sits in the center of the restaurant.
