Shakey’s has been a popular pizza parlor with people of all ages ever since it entered the Japanese market in 1973. During lunch, the buffet counter always has at least 10 kinds of pizza, and the all-you-can-eat course comes with pasta, french fries, salad and drink bar—with no time limit! The pizza and french fries are not frozen—they’re made fresh in the shop—which is yet another reason for Shakey’s popularity. The Shakey’s Signature pizza (25 cm ¥1,260, 30 cm ¥1,730) is available in four kinds and is also available for take-out.
