Since August, Telas & Mico has been offering its sophisticated yet reasonable cuisine from a yatai stall in front of Tenjin Loft on Fridays and Saturdays. The eye-catching blue stall is the work of owner-chef Kensuke Kubota, who worked at the renowned Zuma London before hanging out his own shingle in Haruyoshi. Need a nibble? Try the mentai butter or the ratatouille bruschetta topped with Itoshima veggies (¥250 ea.). With only nine seats, you may end up standing, so have wine or sake while you wait. Drip coffee and seasonal handmade cordials are also on the menu.
Menu: Bruschetta ¥250, grilled Itoshima vegetables ¥650, beef hanger steak on magnolia leaf ¥1,500, glass wine (red/white) ¥500~, coffee ¥500, homemade cordial ¥500
*Cash only / No smoking / English menu available / No table charge
