Last fall, the Roam Bar opened its spacious bar and lounge in the chic Shirogane neighborhood. Owner Hiroshi Wada, a master mixologist, offers gorgeous cocktails designed to evoke the hustle and bustle of the big city. His take on the modern classic Basil Smash uses a homemade syrup with hints of chamomile and citrus. His Gin and Sonic, a sharper, spicier version of the classic gin and tonic is the bar’s biggest seller. He also serves a wide range of standard cocktails in addition to his signature drinks. Don’t drink? Don’t worry! He also spares no effort on his mocktails.
