Produced by Green Bean to Bar Chocolate, purveyor of fully traceable chocolates, White Glass Coffee serves up single-origin coffee, and all the food items are made on-site. You can enjoy four varieties of blend as well as several single-origin coffees. The beans have been carefully selected to pair with the shop’s fresh-baked pie (try to get there by 11:00!) and fluffy shortcake topped with seasonal fruits. The tiramisu, made with bean-to-bar chocolate, is as visually appealing as it is delicious. The generously portioned salad is only available at lunchtime (11:00~15:00).
